Lauren Perreault represents the Portland Metropolitan region's finest properties. Lauren and her team are the ones to help you enhance your wealth through real estate -- whether that is to sell your home, find your first or move-up home, or buy investment property. She is an exceptionally skilled and experienced agent, with over 16 years experience in real estate and supervisory licenses (Principal Broker, Managing Broker) in three states -- Oregon, Washington, and California.  She and her team offer ultimate privacy and security, speed, and efficiency. Over 16 years of full-time experience have given her a clear understanding of the mindset of home buyers and sellers and a thorough understanding of the regional marketplace.

She is highly educated with an MBA in Strategic Planning & Finance from University of Southern California (USC - Go Trojans!) and a Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan State University (MSU - Go Spartans!) Prior to her real estate career, Lauren was a Program Manager for various high tech Fortune 100 companies including Northrop Grumman, Boeing, and Oracle.

Lauren is a member of the Masters' Circle in the Portland Regional MLS indicating that is among the highest selling agents in the region. She is also a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS), which required not only advanced course work but a demonstrated proof of success.  She also holds Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and Certified Probate Specialist certification indicating special training in working with senior aged clients or their estates.

Lauren is backed up by her fabulous Operations Coordinator, Dave Mediano, her marketing manager Mica Roxas, and a highly skilled team of agents who are available to provide support at any time.  She also has strong relationships with several lenders, trust attorneys, and escrow officers.

What all this means for you is allow you to be represented by an agent with a depth of knowledge about real estate and the real estate market, home construction and ways to deal with issues that is unsurpassed. During what is typically a very stressful period for any Buyer or Seller, Lauren's calm, logical, data-driven and focused approach will help you feel cared for and cared about. You can relax knowing that she's going to steer your escrow to a smooth and successful completion.

Lauren's track record of netting sellers many thousands of dollars over asking and in negotiating winning bids for her buyers despite tight inventory is bound to be of benefit to you whether you are a Buyer, a Seller, or an investor.  One recent listing sold for 20% over asking due to her excellent preparation, presentation and marketing of the property.

Lauren lives in near-in NW Portland, a location that is centrally located to her clients from Forest Grove, Oregon to Gresham, Oregon and from Happy Valley, Oregon to Ridgefield, Washington. Her association with two RE/MAX offices in the Pacific Northwest offer all the benefits of RE/MAX branding with a small office approach ability to offer personal attention.

She is married to Garth Sheriff, NCARB, an award winning architect in both Oregon and California (who is available to consult with her clients for quick consultations prior to purchase) and together they have two adult daughters, one a CBS news anchor in Tri-Cities, Washington and one a Veterinarian in Vancouver, Washington. She spends her time helping friends and clients remodel, reading avidly about politics (she leans left!), and prior to COVID exploring the many great eateries and cultural events in Portland. She also finds there is nothing like a great trashy novel and a bubble bath to relax when not snuggling with her husband, two cats Wally and Buzz, or her stupid but lovable little Pomeranian Bentley or watching her daughters compete in equestrian and dance competitions.

PS Lauren's Mom lived to be 103, so Lauren has a real soft spot for working with Seniors -- she holds a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) credential as well and understands that these members of the Greatest Generation need some special attention. Â
