Moody's latest forecast sees the Average Sale Price in Portland Metro ending the year 6.03% Lower than in 2022. Zillow predicts prices will be 3.1% Lower than in 2022. Realtor.com is predicting the average sale price will be 3.9% Higher than in 2022.
