- The Supply of active listings continues to fall for the 12th straight week. This is coupled with stronger buyer demand and more favorable interest rates.
- The Median Sale Price came in at -6% two weeks ago, but has moderated to -2% this past week. Average Sale Price landed 9% below the same time period last year. Great News for Buyers!
- The Average Days on Market increased to 52 (compared to 39 days last year). The Median Days on Market came in at 39 (vs only 8 days last year).
- We're seeing a bifurcation of the market. Many well-priced and move-in ready homes are getting multiple offers and excellent terms. Homes that are not as market-ready are struggling to sell.
